💼 Role & Responsibilities:

Build responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Service Portal Framework.

Customize and enhance Service Portal, Catalog Items, Dashboards & Workspaces.

Translate user needs into engaging ServiceNow experiences in collaboration with product owners and analysts.

Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability and performance.

Ensure design consistency aligned with brand standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues.

Stay current with evolving ServiceNow platform features and UX trends.

🎯 Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Proven experience with Service Portal Framework on the Now Platform

Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
