Job description For Business Development Executive • Procuring new clients through cold calling, email marketing, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. •Must have Infra Hardware, Software & Services selling knowledge. •Preference will be given to candidate having IT products selling (Ex – HP / Dell / IBM /Lenovo/ Firewalls / AV solution / Cisco / Data backup solution / Software security / Data centre solution • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. • Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented, • Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding, • Should have a knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting, RFQ, Tenders • Should have knowledge/experience in Social Media Marketing • Should be excellent at communication skills (written and verbal English), • Should be able to do company product presentation to clients • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. • Extensive sales experience. (Minimum 3 to 5 yrs. )
