Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our company's financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) accounts, preparing and analyzing financial reports, handling invoicing, performing Tally data entry, and managing payment follow-ups. The role requires a keen eye for detail and strong financial acumen to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing P&amp;L Accounts: Oversee and manage the company's Profit &amp; Loss accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.</li><li>MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist in strategic decision-making.</li><li>Invoicing: Handle all invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by the management.</li><li>Tally Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into Tally, ensuring consistency and correctness.</li><li>Payment Follow-Ups: Manage and track payment follow-ups, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally and other relevant accounting software.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and compliance.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>

Candidate should have experience managing payroll and non-payroll compliances, including EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, S&amp;E, POSH, minimum wages, equal remuneration, the Transgender Act, the Disability Act, registrations, and annual consolidated returns. Labor Compliance:<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company policies comply.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor standards.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with legal and HR teams to address compliance issues.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.</li></ul>Reporting and Documentation:<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Prepare and submit required tax and compliance filings.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Generate reports for management and regulatory agencies as needed.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Document and maintain payroll and compliance procedures.</li></ul> Training and Development:<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide training to HR staff and management on payroll and labor compliance topics.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Stay current with industry trends and best practices in payroll and labor compliance</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and labor compliance.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of payroll software and systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li></ul>
