Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Robotics Teacher to join our dynamic team with OLL in the Mumbai, Pune, and Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics and a passion for inspiring students to explore the exciting world of robotics and technology. The Robotics Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging robotics curriculum, guiding students in hands-on projects, and fostering a love for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver comprehensive robotics curriculum for students at various grade levels, ensuring alignment with academic standards and educational objectives.
2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore, experiment, and collaborate in the field of robotics.
3. Instruct students in the principles of robotics, programming languages, and the use of robotics kits and tools.
4. Plan and organize hands-on, project-based activities and competitions that enhance students' problem-solving skills and creativity.
5. Provide guidance and support to students in the development of robotics projects, including participation in robotics competitions and events.
6. Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience and make robotics concepts accessible and engaging.
7. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in robotics and STEM education.
9. Maintain robotics equipment and ensure a safe and organized learning environment.
10. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community to promote the value of robotics education.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in teaching robotics or related subjects at the school level.
3. Strong knowledge of robotics concepts, programming languages (such as Python, Scratch, or C++), and hands-on experience with robotics kits.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Enthusiasm for promoting STEM education and inspiring students to pursue careers in technology.
7. Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.
8. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
10. Experience in organizing or participating in robotics competitions is a plus.
