Responsible for System requirement Analysis, Create and Maintain Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test criteria and identify Test scenarios from system [level requirements & Technical Specifications

Highly experienced in the System level integration and validation activities for wireless products : 4G and 5G involving Hardware, firmware, and SW integration for Wireless products. Experience in 4G and 5G is preferrable.

Expert in isolating and debugging system level issues providing appropriate pointers to the respective cross functional teams to converge on the issue resolution faster.

Experienced in the Release management for HW, Firmware and SW components and accountable for the product validation.

Knowledge in LTE 4G Call flow, Network architecture and LTE access stratum protocols Layer-1, Layer-2 (MAC, RLC, PDCP) and Layer-3 RRC, LTE and 5G core Interfaces and protocols

Experienced in eNB/gNB verification cycle by validating 3GPP protocols, Software Quality testing includes Sanity tests, System Integration, Regression, Release verification, End-to-End traffic throughput requirements, Functional testing, Load and stability, compatibility testing at application and Protocol layers like SCTP, S1AP and Uu Interface

Responsible for Test setup creation, Test execution, Automation, Defect analysis, logs capturing, log analysis and deliver the validated release on time for field trials

Hands on experience of 4G/5G feature testing like cell selection, re-selection, X2/S1 Handover, MIMO, NMM, ICIC, eNB Power Saving, QoS, Bearer Management, OAM and eNB clock stability tests for both GPS and PTP clock

Troubleshooting, diagnoses and perform corrective or preventive maintenance actions on issues reported by customers in their acceptance testing or on live and production sites.

Experienced in Radio Performance Tests for 4G eNB includes both Tx and Rx Tests like; Channel Power, Phase & Frequency Error, Spectrum Modulation, TAE, EVM, Occupied Bandwidth, RS Power, ACLR, Sensitivity and CCI/ACI Tests with different propagation condition and complete Layer-1 tests for different Test methods.

Responsible for Telecom Products Certification and Qualification includes RF Tests, Environmental test (as per EN 55022), ETSI EN 3300 019, EMI/EMC (standards CISPR 22 or 32), Radiated Emission, Radiated Susceptibility, Conducting Emission, Surge, Immunity, and Thermal testing etc.

Hands on experience to handle debugging tools like; QXDM, TEMS, QCAT, Wire shark, and RF Instruments R&S Spectrum Analyzer (FSV, FSW), CMU300, CMW500, EXA, MXA, LTE Signal Generator, SMU-200, SMW, Symmetricom GM, Freq counter etc.

Experienced in the Diagnosis of complex Hardware issues if any, by using the automated test zigs, Signal generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power meter to identify the issues and resolve faults

Prepare the test instructions, ESD process, ISO process & all the test related documents like product specification. Schematics/CAD file review is an added advantage.

Responsible for the System level performance validation , Debugging and bug fixing (ex: setup and configuration related) for any short falls in the performance –
