• Facilitate team events to drive Agile practices (e.g. daily stand up sprint planning sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives).

• Create and maintain team metrics to monitor and measure teams performance (e.g. Velocity Burndown CFD’s cycle time etc)

• Coach the team the product owner and business stakeholders on Agile practices and processes (e.g. methodology acceptance criteria user stories estimation etc.)

• Experience in project/program management, end to end delivery of solutions involving Datawarehouse, BI solutions such as Tableau Reporting, Migrating to Cloud, Informatica ETL.

• Single Point of Contact for the engagement liaising with various vendor teams, BU teams both within LTI and client side.

• Ability to handle escalations effectively with neutral perspective and focus to the problem.• Experience in PMO processes, metrics and understanding of applying such metrics with other departments such as finance, PMO & senior leadership strategic planning.

• Present metrics and status reports to senior leadership and drive steering committee meetings, escalate unresolved dependencies and upcoming risks to the right stakeholders drawing attention from senior leadership for support and resolve on time not affecting the project milestone delivery.

• Experience with MS Project, JIRA to write, review, approve the stories and maintain the same.

• Manage the changes tightly with reasonable considerations to the business requests yet manage the cost and schedule effectively and efficiently.

• Skill set: JIRA, Agile Processes, Project Management Metrics, Project/Program Management, Experience in handling Data warehouse, cloud migration projects at a global scale, MS Office
