1.Should have active experience in administration and configuration of SIEM platform (Market leaders) for minimum 4 years. IBM QRadar SIEM working experience will be an added advantage.

2. Should have sound/good technical knowledge in SIEM platform components and applications.

3. Should have hands-on experience in implementation of SIEM product/tool including capacity and infra augmentations activities.

4. Should have technical problem solving skills in terms of logging, integration approach, tasks/project handling.

5. Should have experiance on tools and technologies expected: SIEM, UEBA, NTA, EDR, AV/AM, SOAR.

6. Should have knowledge in Creating and Configuring different types of rules/algorithms in SIEM

7. Should have an ability to integrate any third party or custom log/application integrations in SIEM

8. Should have done SIEM platform health checks, including documentation and reporting of actionable items.

9. Should operates the security monitoring solutions, reacting timely to security events as identified. The role requires working in shift schedule (to cover 24/7).

10. Should have experience in security incident handling and incident response.

11. Should have networking and Information Security knowledge.

12. Should have done one certification in Information Security domain and network analytics domain.

13. Having IBM QRadar platform certifications on Administration/Deployment will be an added advantage.
