The candidate shall have demonstrated experience in the following:

Expert level capabilities in application design, design patterns, capacity planning, application security, and performance tuning.

Expert knowledge of core iseries technologies, ILE COBOL, ILE CL, SQL, IFS, Shell scripting

Expert level in MQ series programming and API’s

Expert level of web services, SOA design principles

Experience with tools like Connect Direct, RTC and ARCAD on iseries.

Experience with Iterative software development practices, agile practices and successful team work and production deployments in high volume environment

Experience in RDi

Demonstrated thought leadership and strategic thinking

Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical and business environment

Effectively manage the delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams

Requirements
