Skills
• Over 6 years of Software developer experience in Core Java, J2EE and ATG commerce
• Have experience in ATG OOB User Profile Module, User Management, ATG Foundations, ATG Repositories, ATG User Profiling
• Skills in Oracle ATG modules and Web application servers - Web Logic, WebSphere, and JBoss
• Developed applications using ATG commerce programming
• Experience in setting up ATG Production system with Application Server
• Good experience in ATG's Products, Custom catalog, Profile and Order Management System
• Possess strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of BCC application to troubleshoot production issues.
• Competency to create, delete & deploy project in BCC.
• Knowledgeable and hand on to do Configurations required by business and push the changes in BCC.
• Knowledge of CSC application and should be able to troubleshoot CSC issues.
• Basic understanding of a retails business is required preferably ecommerce.
• Should be able to do basic configuration in Experience manager.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
• Ensuring that systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
• Working independently and collaborating (as necessary) with other teams to drive resolution to issues reported by Application Support Team.
• Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.
• Able to drive to resolution medium to high complexity application related incidents.
• Able to analyze the business impact of the incident and communicate to the business and minimize the disruption.
• Provide timely and clear communication updates to customers and leaders.
• Proactively recommend enhancements to improve the functioning of the application.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of working experience in ATG Development.
• Good knowledge of one or more Operating Systems
• Aptitude for customer focus
• Self-motivated individual who can handle responsibility
• Experience in IT or eBusiness, including experience with eCommerce, web application development, or other eBusiness solutions
• Familiarity with a broad array of internet technologies and trends
• Experience in problem resolution with IT systems
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences
• Experience with an enterprise-class eCommerce platform, Oracle ATG
• Familiarity with Agile development processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering marketing or communications
