Role Description
- Planning and Implementing Dialer Campaigns across the organization
- Tracking and publishing campaign reports for various departments
- Analyzing dialer data and generating insights for improving communication efficiency
- Continuously engage with operation & other functions in the organization to improving
calling and tracking mechanisms.
- Responsible for supporting quality and operations related MIS & Analytics
- Strong Knowledge on Dialer operation related activity
- Responsible to highlighting abnormalities & fixing issues
Attributes we are looking for
- Any full time Graduate / MBA with 4+ years of business experience in call center or like environment.
- Preferred 4+ year demonstrated leadership experience. Must have experience
managing a stressful and ever changing environment.
- Knowledge of CRM, dialer, Database, Dialer functionality & Analytics tool
- Communicates clearly in verbal and written formats
- Ability to set attainable goals
- Good analytical skills (ability to read MIS and take real time action)
- Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units
- Ability to get on the ground be part of functional teams
- Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions fromthe same
- Should be proficient in MS Excel
