The ABB T-MAC Plus product had been created as a result of more than 20 years of experience in the field, and our knowledge in automation systems for the oil, gas and chemical industry.

T-MAC Plus provides a set of hardware and software to solve all the automation requirements in a terminal, starting with access control, loading, printing, product movement, balance, inventory, ERP Connection, site exit and more. Based on Windows technology and fully integrated with ABB’s System 800xA platform the solution is scalable, starting from one simple plant with access control and load control to managing a set of complex plants with one central dispatch.

The flexibility of T-MAC Plus is based on functional modules which provides flexibility for each functionality requires whilst guaranteeing terminal operations. Typical applications include: Receipt / dispatch by truck, barge, rail wagon, pipeline, access control, inspections, kiosk functionality, automatic bay / berth allocation, sealing, blending, additive, automatic tank farm control and more..

ABB’s Terminal management system architecture includes workstations, engineering stations, servers, printers, communication with field elements like: presets, card readers, weight bridge and tank gauging systems. It is also possible to interface with enterprise systems software.

·We are looking for a consultant who can support for the above ABB T-MAC terminal automation products of ABB

·Experienced Project/Instrumentation/Field/Commissioning Engineer possessing significant international project and operational experience within the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry (Greenfield & Brownfield). Deep technical expertise in project engineering, project coordination, site execution, system integration, testing’s, inspections and commissioning. Detail-oriented in assessing project objectives to determine the correct direction for project planning and technical drawings.

 Meticulous in remaining involved throughout the life of the project by analyzing project data and reporting in accordance with regulations.

·EXPERT KNOWLEDGE AREA v Terminal Automation System

·Check and Support System’s Data Connections (Between Systems, Integrations, DCOM/OPC signals, Industrial Printers);

·Create and Update Movement Batch (When expected Batch is not correctly created/assigned);

·Validate and Troubleshoot Quality Results and Process signals Reads and Writes;

·Update Movements actual quantity (As per user requests);

·Support Users on Validation and Adjustments of postings of Actual Quantity and Batch Postings when doable from the supported applications;

·Support Operations continuing process execution while troubleshooting issues;

·Set System configurations and parameters for supporting Business/Operation changes;

·Set/Reset proper OPC signals to allow Operations proceed with Movements and Orders Executions;

·Perform System, Server and Services Stop/Restarts;

·Perform files and data clean-up / archiving for Servers, Application Logs, and DB;

·Support/Troubleshoot Industrial Printer(s) COLOS Connectivity Issues along with Operator, Network and Field Support teams;

·Support/Validate correctness of Label Accounting and Posting (COLOS / EPKG / IP21);

·Identify impacts of Operation Discipline Issues in Applications;

The resource(s)supporting this application suite should be having at a minimum the below skills:

·MS SQL (Data selection; Data Analysis; Data Updates; controlled Mass-updates/mass-deletion for fixing the system or to maintain integrity of Process Data)

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering/ Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering

More than 8 years of experience.

Willing to Travel Saudi

Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mind set.
