Job Responsibilities

• Find and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Create and follow sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Keep records of sales and report on progress
• Give sales presentations and close deals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Work with other teams like marketing and product to improve customer experience
• Do market research and suggest improvements
• Meet sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 6 months of experience in sales or business development
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory), Hindi, and any regional language
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and time management skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Male candidates preferred
• Must be in or willing to relocate to Jayanagar, Bangalore
