We are seeking a dedicated NCLEX Registered Nurse for a leading multi-national handling US healthcare projects. This full-time, mid-level position is located in Mangaluru. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the healthcare field. As an NCLEX Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in clinical research, bringing your expertise and skills to our esteemed institution.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong nursing capabilities and understanding of clinical practices.
  • Must have proficiency in Medical Review for assessing patient care guidelines and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in maintaining and analyzing Medical Records to secure accurate information management. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in conducting Authorization Reviews to support efficient patient care management in clinical trials. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong command of ICD-10 coding to facilitate standardized healthcare documentation and data collection.
  • Understanding of managed care principles to optimize healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the US Healthcare system, including regulations and procedures, to ensure seamless integration with clinical operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, medical professionals, and clinical research teams.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical reviews and authorization assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and clinical protocols.
  • Maintain and update detailed medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, to support ongoing clinical research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical research teams to facilitate patient care strategies that align with NCLEX standards and practices.
  • Perform thorough data analysis and coding using ICD-10 standards to contribute to seamless clinical documentation processes.
  • Engage in managed care activities to promote patient wellness and support cost-effective healthcare delivery models.
  • Coordinate with the US healthcare system to ensure compliance with international healthcare guidelines and practices.
  • Continuously update knowledge of evolving healthcare trends and integrate them into clinical research activities for improved outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff to foster professional development and enhance clinical expertise within the team.
