We are seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team full-time in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should bring 1 to 3 years of experience, contributing to our team in supporting pharmaceutical product launches, regulatory compliance, and medical communication. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and scientific data.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in medico marketing and non-scientific writing (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong skills in scientific communication, demonstrating the ability to translate complex scientific concepts to various audiences.
  • Experience in coordinating product launches, and ensuring adherence to medical and regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering clear and impactful product presentations.
  • Adept at utilizing medical literature to support product-related communications and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all medical communications and documentation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align medical strategies with business objectives and support product launches.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of medical literature to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in all materials.
  • Develop and deliver effective product presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across all medical communications.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines in all medical and promotional communications.
