Roles and Responsibility:

Connect with customers and explain about us and our publishing packages and build good customer relations

Provide solutions to their publishing need and close the leads

Work on the initial screening of the manuscript and get the author-publisher agreement completed

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Skills:

High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Any other language you know is an advantage

Handle stress and sales target

Self-motivated

Good negotiation skills
