Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to phone inquiries in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
2. Schedule client appointments based on availability and client preferences.
3. Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Interact with clients in person and over the phone, providing assistance and information.
5. Prepare and maintain daily reports, including Closing Reports and Stock Reports.
6. Update client information and interactions accurately in the CRM software.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications for day-to-day tasks.
8. Call clients to inform them about ongoing or special schemes and promotions.
9. Follow up on leads received through various platforms and enter them into the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in premium skin clinics is highly preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Should have a presentable and professional appearance.
• Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM software is essential.
