Provide technical support, via email, remote sessions, and phone, by addressing technical questions, providing guidance, advice, and modelling assistance in a wide variety of applications using the SolidWorks Suite of Products.

The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs.

Escalate the customer issues to the next level technical member/SolidWorks Technical Support.

Proactive calling to the customers to understand the software usage and performance and trouble shoot issues if any

Invite & follow up on customers for In-House Trainings and Webinars

Suggest best practices, guidelines and technical solutions for productivity improvement

Document the support activity in the CRM system

Write technical articles/blogs, record screen capture video of software processes for publishing to the organizations technical blog

Complete the customer engagement activity assigned to you by our parent company

Dassault systems, SOLIDWORKS and document the same by engaging with your team

Conduct Webinars, Trainings & Technical Sessions for Team members & Customers

Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
