• Experience with CRM Software to efficiently manage client interactions and database systems.
• Strong capabilities in lead generation, with a track record of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, leveraging the platform to enhance customer relationship management and sales activities.
• Proficient in using call center software to handle customer calls and streamline communication processes.
• Effective objection handling skills to confidently address client concerns and turn potential obstacles into opportunities.
