Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Tally ERP 9 (Mandatory skill) is crucial for efficiently managing our financial records and transactions.
• Advanced Excel (Mandatory skill) capabilities essential for detailed financial analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience in accounts payable management (Mandatory skill) to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Strong understanding of GST compliance necessary for adhering to legislative tax requirements and regulations.
• Proficient in accounts receivable management to maintain updated and accurate financial records for client transactions.
• Ability to perform accurate financial reporting to aid in decision-making and strategic planning for the company.
• Experienced in bank reconciliation to ensure all financial statements are free from inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with payroll management to handle employee compensations efficiently and accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in recording financial operations.
• Prepare budget forecasts to aid in strategic financial planning and resource allocation.
• Publish financial statements in time to provide updated financial status to stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely bank payments and resolve any discrepancies found during reconciliation.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns to comply with regulations and optimize financial efficiency.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements for a comprehensive view of the company’s financial health.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to inform management decisions.
