Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team at CJ Konsultants in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience, with the opportunity to work closely within a tight-knit team to provide top-tier accounting and financial services. The position involves ensuring the company’s financial integrity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in financial analysis, proficient in analyzing financial data and providing insights to drive business decisions (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding and experience in tax compliance, ensuring adherence to various tax regulations and guidelines (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in audit management, capable of handling internal and external audits effectively to ensure financial transparency (Mandatory skill).
• Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with the ability to apply them accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts for financial analysis.
• Experience with QuickBooks for routine financial management and reporting tasks.
• Familiarity with SAP financial software for enhancing financial processes and delivering accurate reporting.
• Skilled in financial reporting, capable of producing financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met with punctuality and accuracy.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, providing the required information to auditors in a timely manner.
• Manage the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Enhance existing accounting processes by suggesting improvements and implementing best practices.
• Provide financial analyses and insights to management for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Liaise with other departments and provide financial support and guidance to meet organizational goals.
