Job Overview

We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Secretary to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong ability to manage administrative duties with exceptional skills in communication and organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently handle documents and manage essential office tasks.
  • Experience in calendar management to coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings seamlessly.
  • Capability in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing and improving company interactions with clients.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting software for maintaining and tracking financial transactions.
  • Ability to use video conferencing tools effectively for team meetings and client conversations.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace is a must for handling emails and sharing documents within the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in using digital filing systems to organize and track electronic files and records (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms to assist in basic company marketing efforts (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for upper management efficiently.
  • Prepare and revise documents, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking venues and managing guest lists.
  • Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Assist in handling communications with clients and internal teams via email and phone calls.
  • Support the team with travel arrangements including itinerary planning and booking.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Engage with social media platforms as part of the company’s public relations activities.
