Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in patient diagnosis to effectively assess medical conditions and devise appropriate treatment plans (Mandatory skill).
• Basic Life Support certification is required to provide immediate care and attention in emergency medical situations (Mandatory skill).
• Possess solid clinical decision-making skills to analyze patient information and make informed healthcare decisions (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in conducting clinical procedures, ensuring adherence to established medical protocols and standards.
• Strong ability in medical documentation to accurately and timely record patient information, treatments, and outcomes.
• Effectively manage patient care plans and provide ongoing health care support to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Experience with electronic health records systems for coordinated and secure sharing of patient information across healthcare settings.
• Proficient in patient interviewing techniques to elicit comprehensive medical histories and communicate effectively with patients.
