Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, aligning with the required work experience for this role.
• Expertise in sales techniques to maximize customer engagement and drive revenue (Mandatory skill).
• Strong proficiency in inventory management, ensuring product availability and accuracy (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain and enhance client relations.
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems to efficiently process transactions and manage sales.
• In-depth product knowledge expertise to provide tailored suggestions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ability to utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance and identify market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment for customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting high-quality jewelry products while providing insightful information about the items.
• Utilize sales techniques to close sales efficiently and meet individual and store sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up communications.
• Stay updated with the latest jewelry trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
• Employ data analytics to monitor sales performance and strategize on improving store profitability.
• Support store operations as required, including visual merchandising, stock organization, and cleanliness.
