This full-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in handcrafted jewelry design and assembly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry making and a strong attention to detail, complemented by their skills in beading, silk thread work, and handcrafted jewelry assembly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Beading techniques (Mandatory skill): Expert knowledge in various beading techniques is crucial for crafting intricate jewelry pieces.
• Silk thread work (Mandatory skill): Skilled in using silk thread to create smooth, high-quality jewelry finishes.
• Handcrafted jewelry assembly (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in assembling jewelry pieces manually with precision and artistry.
• Cord knotting: Ability to skillfully knot cords, a necessary technique for creating durable and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Macrame design: Experience in macrame design to enhance the texture and style of jewelry.
• Textile manipulation: Strong skills in manipulating textiles to integrate into jewelry designs effectively.
• Embroidery integration: Ability to integrate embroidery into jewelry pieces, adding a unique artistic touch.
• Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure each jewelry piece meets the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create unique jewelry pieces using beading, threads, and various handcrafted techniques.
• Collaborate with designers to conceptualize and implement innovative jewelry designs.
• Ensure a high standard of quality and precision in all jewelry pieces created.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewelry making techniques and industry trends.
• Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Train and mentor junior artisans in advanced jewelry making techniques.
• Coordinate closely with the consulting team to align jewelry designs with client needs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on production progress to management.
