• Inventory Management Systems (Mandatory skill) - Experience with inventory management systems is essential to effectively manage and update jewelry stock information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Required to organize, analyze, and manage large datasets with ease and precision.
• Experience with SAP ERP - Familiarity with SAP ERP systems to assist in managing enterprise-wide data and streamline processes.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks - Required for efficient management and oversight of financial data related to inventory and sales.
• Strong Typing Speed - Fast and accurate typing skills are essential for efficient data entry and reducing errors.
• Database Management Software - Ability to work with database management software for storing and managing jewelry inventory records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for jewelry inventory, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
