Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Gati Software (Mandatory skill) for efficient data handling and management within the jewelry sector.
• Strong data entry skills (Mandatory skill) with a keen eye for accuracy and detail-oriented data management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill), including formulas, data manipulation, and spreadsheet management.
• Proven experience in inventory management with an ability to manage stock levels accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize as needed.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely data processing and reporting.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team objectives and goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurate entry of jewelry data into the inventory management system using Gati Software.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of inventory and ensuring stock levels are monitored regularly.
• Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all records.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to receive and update information promptly.
• Assist in the generation of reports and analysis related to inventory and sales data.
• Identify discrepancies in data and communicate effectively with team members for resolution.
• Provide support in managing online platforms and updating product information as required.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems for efficient data management.
