This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring between 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management. The Inventory Executive will play a crucial role in managing our inventory processes and ensuring optimal supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in ERP Systems to efficiently manage and track inventory levels across multiple platforms and channels.
• Proven experience in demand forecasting to anticipate inventory needs and align stock levels with business demand.
• Strong ability to coordinate supply chain activities to maintain a seamless flow of goods from acquisition to distribution.
• Skilled in data analysis with the ability to interpret inventory data and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of procurement processes to optimize purchasing strategies and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations to ensure effective storage, handling, and dispatch of products.
• Advanced competence in Microsoft Excel for managing complex inventory datasets and performing detailed analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure they are within optimal limits and reduce instances of overstocking or stockouts.
• Implement and refine inventory tracking procedures and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast future inventory requirements and develop strategic plans to meet these demands.
• Work closely with the finance team to manage inventory budgets and optimize procurement costs.
• Prepare and present detailed inventory reports and analysis to senior management as required.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their inventory needs and provide timely solutions.
