Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling to initiate and develop relationships with potential customers (Mandatory skill).
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and handle objections (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain long-term client relationships (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools to identify and approach potential clients efficiently.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce to streamline sales processes and track interactions.
• Ability to develop convincing sales pitches that resonate with target audiences.
• Skills in objection handling to overcome customer concerns and drive sales forward.
