The Garment Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of garment production to ensure efficiency and quality. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in production planning and vendor management, along with a focus on quality and staff development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in production planning to streamline operations and resource allocation for optimal garment manufacturing processes (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in vendor and supplier management to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to implement quality control measures in apparel production to meet company standards and client specifications.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems to track stock levels, monitor trends, and reduce waste efficiently.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and enhance production flow effectively.
• Capability to coordinate supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations from raw material acquisition to final product delivery.
• Experience in staff training and development to enhance team productivity and skill levels within the production unit.
• Proficiency in ERP software to manage garment production data and support decision-making processes.
