We are seeking a Junior Executive Dispatch Logistics professional to join our team in Mumbai. This is a Full-Time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in logistics and dispatch management. The candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless coordination of logistical processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management, enabling efficient handling of transportation resources.
• Strong understanding of route optimization software for enhancing delivery efficiencies and reducing transportation costs.
• Experience in using Geographical Information System (GIS) to manage and analyze geographical data for logistics.
• Capability to utilize fleet management software to monitor vehicle performance and manage transportation resources.
• Data analytics skills to analyze logistical data and derive actionable insights for improved decision making.
• Expertise in supply chain analytics (Mandatory skill), to track and optimize the entire supply chain process effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (Mandatory skill), crucial for maintaining optimal inventory levels and reducing excess stock.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Mandatory skill), to enhance client communication and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
• Implement effective route planning and scheduling to maximize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and oversee inventory levels to meet business needs while minimizing holding and storage costs.
