  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is necessary for tracking marketing campaigns and analyzing sales performance.
  • Competency in Zoho CRM is required for automating sales, marketing, and support functions.
  • Ability to create detailed customer journey maps to improve client satisfaction and service outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing automation is essential for streamlining marketing efforts and increasing ROI.
