The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting and will demonstrate expertise in financial reporting and tax compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in financial reporting and tax compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with reconciliation processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and SAP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics for effective financial management.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure timely compliance.
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate data.

• Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
