Team leadership and management skills

Regional Manager position in Sales and Business Development

Ø Business Development through lead generations.

Ø Exhibition & Promotional Activities

Ø Appointing & Maintaining Dealers & Distributors Network

Ø Identifying and visiting potential new customers, new segments including cold calling and personal visits in the region.

Ø Maintaining Business Relationship with prime consultants, architects, MEP contractors, key customers to get direct enquiries to achieve set targets.

Ø Introduction Emails with Details about product, facility, existing client details, brochures

Ø Visit at client's site/ office to understand their requirement.

Ø Company Profile Presentation to technical team, senior management, Engineering, Project & End Users

Ø Communication with existing customer regarding new business, projects & prospects

Ø Enquiry Handling

Ø Attending technical meetings, pre-bid, and site visit with design / project team. Techno-commercial meeting with customer

Ø Co-ordination with Design & Sales Team for timely submission of Layout, Quotation, Tenders.

Ø Follow Up for the Quotation Submitted to ensure order booking in favour.

Ø Attending opening of technical bid

Ø Attending Technical Presentations

Ø Attending Price bid opening

Ø Negotiation & discussion with customer

Ø Ensuring receipt of work order or purchase order. PO checking for technical specs, terms & conditions and communicating with client for amendment requirements.

Ø Resolving issues related to commercial terms with customer or accounts department.

Ø Communication with HO, Design and all concerned department about timeline, special features, special scope of supply, outsourced items.

Ø Attending Kick off meeting with respective plant technical, commercial team.

Ø Attending Kick off meeting with customers with our project team for starting of project.

Ø Payment follow up with customers

Ø Resolving issues related to project execution

Ø Resolving issues related to site installation delays, logistics or production delays for the region
