Responsibilities

·      A skills trainer teaches people various skills that will help them execute their respective

·      A skills trainer assists individuals in developing a variety of abilities to improve their performance of particular tasks.

·      Identify candidates' strengths and weaknesses; create a plan of action to identify areas where candidates can improve;

·      Conduct training sessions by utilizing practical applications; collaborate with project teams and trainers to develop training courses.

·      Groom participants' personalities and improve their soft and hard skills; and create learning and development strategies and roadmaps.
