Senior Fullstack Developer (MERN Stack + Typescript)

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience (with leadership or mentoring experience preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Fullstack Developer with strong experience in the MERN stack, TypeScript, and microservices architecture. You will play a critical role in developing scalable applications, leading initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and integrating advanced cloud and AI capabilities into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using React.js/Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.

Design and implement scalable backend services with NestJS and TypeORM.

Build, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.

Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and system design discussions.

Implement microservice-based architecture with cloud-native practices.

Drive CI/CD processes using Docker and automation tools.

Deploy and maintain applications on GCP, AWS, or similar cloud environments.

Build Generative AI or AI agents using AI Agent SDKs. 

Write robust, well-tested, maintainable code.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field) is mandatory.

4+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development (MERN + TypeScript).

Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, NestJS, and TypeORM.

Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and GCP/AWS deployments.

Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience with AI tool integrations and third-party services.
