The Senior Executive – HR & Admin will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, Statutory Filing, and compliance. Additionally, they will oversee administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

2. Employee Engagement & Training:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and corporate events.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and induction programs.

3. Administration & Office Management:

  • Supervise office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure office supplies, IT infrastructure, and housekeeping services are well-maintained.
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistical support for employees.
  • Oversee security, safety, and compliance with workplace regulations.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and administration.
