Skills required-  

Knowledge of general insurance non-motor products 

Good communication skills

Good with Relationship Management Skills


Experience- Sound knowledge with 5- 10 yrs of experience of managing broker and corporate relationships and should carry experience in the field of non-motor product sales in General Insurance industry.


Job Description-

* Management of broking and direct corporate relationships for sourcing business.

* Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance.

* To generate new business in the field of non-motor Insurance.

* Identify fresh business opportunities and develop new strategies in order to target new and un-approached segments.

* Keep track of new trends and Competitors.

* Establishing direct contact with the Corporate Finance/Insurance team to ensure that our products are well presented to their needs. (Note : This implies that he/she will be the key account manager, i.e. An individual contributor role)

* Generate business from the new accounts and achieving profitability and continuous incremental.

* To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire the business by establishing and positioning the Chola MS brand/products.

* Person expected to have a high degree of credibility in the commercial line of insurance business.
