Senior UI Developer – React.js Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:  Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable UI components using React.js and Redux.  Architect complex front-end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and responsiveness.  Collaborate with backend developers and DevOps teams for seamless CI/CD pipeline integration.  Mentor junior UI developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.  Translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, responsive code using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers.  Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Required Skills:  Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+).  Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and modern CSS preprocessors.  Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.  Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration best practices.  Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.  Experience in debugging, testing (Jest/React Testing Library), and browser developer tools. Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.  Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container tools like Docker is a plus.  Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
