We are seeking a highly experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an executive-level full-time hybrid position. The ideal candidate will bring a rich experience spanning 9 to 17 years in software testing and automation. Your expertise will guide the automation testing processes, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java programming language to create robust and scalable test automation scripts.
• Expertise in Selenium to automate web applications and perform dynamic testing of UI components.
• In-depth knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for efficient software delivery.
• Experience with TestNG for managing testing scenarios and generating comprehensive test reports.
• Familiarity with Cucumber to implement behavior-driven development for precise communication between teams.
• Solid understanding of API Testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and security of web services.
• Maven (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing project dependencies and lifecycle using Maven.
• Jenkins (Mandatory skill): Competence in utilizing Jenkins for automating build and test processes as a part of CI/CD.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks that are scalable and maintainable for complex applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze testing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement to ensure quality deliverables.
• Train and mentor junior testing staff to enhance their skills in test automation methodologies and tools.
• Manage automation test executions, troubleshoot failures, and constantly identify opportunities to optimize the process.
• Ensure that software functionality and security meet the desired standards before the product releases.
• Create, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated testing processes and results.
• Keep abreast with new testing tools and strategies to continuously improve testing quality and efficiency.
