Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) is essential for designing and executing test cases efficiently.
• Expertise in Selenium (Mandatory skill) to automate web applications and improve test coverage.
• Experience in API Testing to validate RESTful and SOAP services ensuring interoperability and functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Database Testing to verify data integrity and performance across SQL databases.
• Ability to conduct Regression Testing to identify defects in existing functionalities after enhancements.
• Familiarity with Maven for project build automation, dependency management, and efficient deployment.
• Proficient in Jenkins for setting up and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Experience in using Bug Tracking tools to log, track, and manage software defects efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium to increase test efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
• Perform thorough API testing to ensure backend service reliability and performance.
• Conduct database testing to validate schema, data integrity, and migrations as needed.
• Implement and monitor continuous testing processes using Maven and Jenkins tools.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs using established bug tracking software.
• Participate in regression testing to ensure no negative impact of new code changes on existing functionalities.
• Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and replicate issues for prompt resolution.
