Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our executive team. This full-time hybrid position is based in Hyderabad and requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in quality analysis. The role demands expertise in ensuring software quality and fostering technical efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Senior Quality Analyst with at least 10 years of industry experience in quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Expertise in Selenium (Mandatory skill) for automation testing, ensuring robust and efficient test case execution.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing (Mandatory skill) to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of application programming interfaces.
• Proficient in Database Testing with the ability to perform complex data validation and verification processes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and resolving them with optimum solutions in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate testing processes and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure product quality and adherence to technical standards.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance process, ensuring all software releases meet the company’s stringent quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand functional and technical requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
• Conduct thorough testing of software products, identifying issues and working collaboratively with the development team to address them.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing procedures and standards to enhance overall software quality.
• Document and report on testing activities, ensuring clear communication of defects and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior quality analysts, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain best practices in quality assurance.
