We are looking for an ambitious and experienced ITES recruiter to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters at Coimbatore.

Experience: FRESHERS recruitment Permanent IT or NON IT staffing preferred.

Location: Coimbatore (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Qualification: Any graduate

Preferred: Bachelor of Arts and Science

 Roles and Responsibility

Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels

Designing and updating job descriptions

Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates via phone

Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Should have very good communication and good understanding of IT requirements.

Client communication

Corporate communication.

Experience: freshers in C2H or Permanent IT staffing preferred
