Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our client team at Coimbatore Location. This full-time position is located in Coimbatore and suitable for those with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The HR role is pivotal in driving employee engagement, efficient HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of talents within the company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have foundational skills in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates effectively.
  • Required understanding of onboarding processes to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the company culture.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is essential to manage employee data efficiently.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster positive employee engagement across different departments.
  • Previous exposure to payroll processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Required ability to support talent acquisition strategies aligning with organizational goals.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new HR practices and technologies independently.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Candidates with MBA background not into IT & Computer Science back ground.
  • Should have willing to learn attitude.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team and company culture.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS database with accurate employee information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement employee engagement programs and workshops.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data to ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance HR skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support in addressing employee queries and resolving HR-related issues effectively.
