Job Overview
Chirag Apparels is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team at our Nagpur headquarters. This full-time position is perfect for freshers, requiring no more than one year of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and customer relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales, with the ability to meet targets and drive results within assigned territories (Mandatory skill).
- Communication, demonstrating clear and effective verbal and written communication (Mandatory skill).
- Customer Relationship Management, to build and maintain strong client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Negotiation skills to effectively negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
- Product Knowledge to understand and articulate the features and benefits of our uniform range.
- Time Management skills to efficiently manage schedules and travel plans.
- Problem Solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns or objections in a timely manner.
- Networking skills to build connections within the industry and identify potential sales opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads, and expand the company's customer base in the specified territory.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase our uniform range.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for the customer, addressing any issues raised.
- Regularly update sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events or conferences to represent the company and identify potential networking opportunities.
- Two-wheeler Mandatory.
