Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and closing techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information and offer tailored solutions to customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other sales and marketing team members to improve lead generation strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to address customer needs effectively.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or similar roles.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
