Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Car Rental division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, vendor management, and booking allocation. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and enhancing our vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the car rental sector.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.

• Oversee booking allocation processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Create and onboard new vendors to expand our service offerings.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for enhancing service delivery.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the car rental or related industry.

• Proven experience in vendor management and relationship building.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
