Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Web Designer at our Indore location to join our creative team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of design and technical skills, enabling them to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about designing inspiring web interfaces.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3, with a solid understanding of modern web design principles and basic coding practices.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, enabling the creation of interactive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Excellent UX/UI design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail-oriented design principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in responsive design to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• In-depth knowledge of Bootstrap framework for fast and efficient web development of user interface components.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to achieve project goals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for image editing, graphic design, and creating website assets.
• Basic experience with Shopify and WordPress theme development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly web pages that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs and deliver quality solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct user research and evaluation to optimize and enhance existing web interfaces and interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web design trends and technologies to incorporate into development processes.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements to existing websites, ensuring consistency and functionality.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual language across all digital platforms and initiatives.
