Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled mid-level UX/UI Designer to join our full-time team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and be passionate about creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences. This role demands a high level of creativity and attention to detail to effectively translate user requirements into innovative design solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, as it is a mandatory skill for this position, to design visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe XD for creating detailed wireframes and realistic prototypes that enhance user experience.
• In-depth user research abilities to thoroughly understand user needs and translate them into compelling design elements.
• Experience in creating wireframes that serve as basic frameworks for developing innovative user interfaces.
• Skillful in prototyping to bring design ideas to fruition through interactive models for better stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate and improve user interaction with the product and inform design decisions.
• Expertise in responsive design to ensure optimal display across different devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of digital video to integrate multimedia elements effectively into the design strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visual execution.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to finetune and amend designs according to project requirements.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept development to final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistency across various platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies in the UX/UI design field.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions to create functional and aesthetic digital interfaces.
• Participate actively in brainstorming and solution-generating sessions to enhance project outcomes.
