📌 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) Consultant for a permanent onsite role in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing the SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module, collaborating with HR teams, and ensuring seamless system integration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement and configure SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module.

✅ Collaborate with HR and business teams to define goal-setting frameworks, performance cycles, and competency models.

✅ Design and manage goal libraries, performance review templates, and rating scales.

✅ Configure Continuous Performance Management (CPM), 360-degree feedback, and calibration sessions.

✅ Ensure seamless integration of PMGM with Employee Central (EC), Succession, and Career Development Planning (CDP).

✅ Support People Analytics & Reporting by creating Story Reports, Ad Hoc reports, and dashboards for performance insights.

✅ Work with SAP CPI, Integration Center, or middleware tools for data synchronization.

✅ Provide training and change management support to HR teams and end-users.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues, role-based permissions, and security settings.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).

Expertise in goal alignment, competency management, and performance review cycles.

Strong understanding of continuous feedback, 360-degree assessments, and calibration processes.

Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, Employee Central (EC), and SuccessFactors Talent Suite.

Experience in SuccessFactors Reporting (People Analytics, Ad Hoc, and Story Reports).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive data-driven performance strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
