Area manager Key Responsibilities
1 .Appoint super stockist and distributor assignment area
2 Appoint sales team and training them
3 Develop and execute the sales strategy for the MT stores standalone outlets. Cafes Horeca channel focused on beverage food products.
4 Manage a portfolio of existing clients MT stores standalone outlets. Cafes Horaca while actively seeking new business opportunities.
5 Build strong relationships with SUPER STOCKIST AND DISTRIBUTOR cafe F&B managers, procurement teams, and distributors.
6 Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, monitor competition, and assess market trends.
7 Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
6. Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and report on KPIs regularly.
7. Provide product training and support to customers to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
10. Ensure compliance with pricing policies and credit terms
Requirements:-
1 Any Graduate / with specialization in Marketing / Sales
2 Should be Fluent in English, Hindi & any South Indian Languages
3 Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in food and beverage
4 experience in HORECA Sales in the same category of products.
6 Strong hold on MT channel partners
7 Capable to appoint super stockist and distributor
8 Strong hand on Mt and standalone and cafe channel and product listin
